I have just received my ticket to go and see a group wandering German troubadours on the 3rd of February.
They will supposedly be playing familiar tunes for the entire family.

Imagine for a second that you are an end user in a large global blue chip corporation.
Imagine that you have just come back from a weeks holiday, and one of your monitors have the wrong resolution (In the users words: It had large writing).
Imagine then, that you don't know how to fix this yourself.
If you were in this situation and you were that user would you:

1) Call the corporate helpdesk and get them to change your resolution for you
2) Fuck about with settings you could never hope to comprehend and remove the dual-screen ability from your PC so the friendly mild mannered IT bloke will have to go down to your desk and fix it for you.

Grrr, this is the kind of user who really makes me want to buy a good LART
