I would appear to be working Monday, so no Inferno for me.
I must also try to remember that when training traps it's not just about weight but also reps and just because I can do 40kg in each hand doesn't mean that I should. Especially when my lower back disagrees with me on the matter.
Cue: Lower back ache and a Lars who takes it nice and easy for a few days.
On the bright side: My upper back is still sore in that special good way which shows that what I did last monday was definitely the right thing. Rar.
Still no tinterweb at home though :'(
